What is VIN Number?

A VIN, or Vehicle Identification Number, is a unique 17-character code for every car, truck, and motorized vehicle, acting as its fingerprint.

VINs contain essential details, like the car’s make, model, year, and specific features. Each VIN is unique to its vehicle.

VINs are used by service centers, insurance companies, and law enforcement to track a car’s history, including maintenance, inspections, and repairs. A quick VIN check that can be done with CarJudge, can reveal key info for buyers and owners alike.
