The title says a lot about the past
A vehicle's title (or certificate) tells you whether it has a heavy past. A title check by VIN or plate reveals whether the used car has been declared salvage, a total loss, flooded, fire-damaged, or rebuilt — all brands that sink its value and can compromise its safety.
